Stanley Meyer who invented a water fuel cell device to allow car owner to “Run Car on Water”. This technology is using a device to convert water into its component elements, hydrogen and oxygen, using less energy, a process that results the reconstitution of the water molecules. He tested the water fuel cell device on his 1.6 liter Volkswagen dune buggy on water instead of gasoline.
