The compensation plan makes it clear that an Independent Representative can only receive compensation if customers are obtained. An Independent Representative could recruit a thousand or ten thousand other Independent Representatives, but there is absolutely no compensation paid for that recruiting unless customers are obtained. The payments received by Independent Representatives are derived primarily from the sale of ACN services and not from recruiting individual participants.

The ACN business opportunity contains a multi-level compensation plan with a payout of roughly 15-20% of every dollar spent on their products. Because of all the technology companies competing, there is a very low profit margin. Another competing technology MLM in which I was a member only payed 6-12% - and they were far better than some others. ACN bypasses traditional advertising outlets and working with Independent Representatives passes savings directly onto the customerswhile positioning the representative to build a lucrative business of their very own.

ACN not only requires substantial customer acquisition but makes it clear that not all Independent Representatives make a profit and no one can be guaranteed success as an ACN Independent Representative. Success can only come through individual specific efforts in acquiring customers and recruiting other Independent Representatives who must also acquire customers. As with any legitimate business it takes some combination of money, resources, and consistent effort over time in order to succeed.

Success as an ACN Representative is not guaranteed, but rather influenced by an individual’s specific efforts. Not all ACN Independent Representatives make a profit. No one can be guaranteed success as an ACN Independent Representative.
