The Home Business Industry is seeing a large influx of Corporate Executives and we are now seeing the rules of the game changing. With their entry they are bringing leadership in developing sales teams, training top teams, out sourcing and strategic business alliances that reach Globally. These added competencies should assist in much higher success rates within the industry.

Corporate Executives understand the need for team work and developing a team of Master Minds to truly leverage group ideas into money. This concept alone will bring great strides to the Home Business World. However the largest benefit will be the ability to leverage resources and do more in a shorter time frame. This concept is going to keep the team farther ahead of the competition.

With these new members into the Home Business Market will come new technology that is proven and will cut down on your work load. Most of the current technologies being used deal with many systems and manual control. The future breakthroughs will come from automation of what is now manual tasks. If you find a Leader with these qualifications, you need to jump on that opportunity.

Any home based business will need to provide training resources. These resources’ goal should be to better training the team to raise success rates. Live training events should be held as optional training methods. This way your serious members can come in and take advantage of advanced training and you can build them into leaders. Accelerating your team’s success has to be the number 1 goal.

You need to develop your ATM: Attitude, Time and Money. Your attitude towards your new business venture will drive how much success you will see. The time (focused time) you dedicate to your business will also play into how successful you are. Your Attitude + Time will equal how much money you make in any business venture. How are you developing your ATM?

Rich Dad - Poor Dad has it right on the mark. Leverage each and all business tactics to build your wealth at a faster speed. Without leverage your competitors would probably eat your lunch. Your Global Mentors should have this down to a science. Remember that leverage requires you to assist other in them reaching their goals also.

How will you motivate yourself and more importantly how will your Leader motivate the team? Once you commit to owning your business, you need to build in a motivational platform to keep you motivated. All things become dull after a while and you will need to be motivated from time to time when life tries to interrupt your successful business venture.

Make sure you keep your finances straight and start to build your team. You need an accountant, book keeper, Attorney, Graphics person, web master, and so on. You should be building relationships with these people to allow you to concentrate on making money. This is the key…keep your focus and it will come.

How will your Leader / Global Mentor feed and cultivate your greatness? Each of us was born with the innate ability to achieve greatness in our lives but somewhere along the way most of us got lost and stop believing….settled on the premise that we will not be great. This is the saddest event in life except for losing a loved one. In a way it is the same thing. You must cultivate and feed your greatness. Just do it. Go for it.
